Role: Project Manager with AE3

Working for the Peralta Community College District, the project consists of the construction of one new teaching hangar, and the renovation of an existing neighboring teaching hangar to remain. The building programs consists of traditional classroom space, as well as shop space to teach prospective airplane mechanics. The building is also within a 10’ flood DFE zone, requiring a dry flood proofing for the new Hangar Buidling.

Surrounded by by the Port of Oakland, the project involved complex coordination between The Port of Oakland, DSA, EBMUD, and the PCCD.
